PRODUCT INFORMATION

All jewellery is hand-worked and finished in Australia.

Some people have a chemical make up which causes their skin to react with certain metals. All materials are labelled in the works' descriptions, thus by wearing this work, customers agree to take responsibility for any personal reactions that may occur.

The borosilicate glass is extremely durable and a 2 year replacement guarantee is offered on works. Works must be proven to have been damaged by normal everyday wear. Please note, a photo of the work and a proof of purchase (receipt/bank statement) is required for the replacement to honour the guarantee.

For the longevity of your jewellery, do not submerge in liquid and always wear silicon/metal earring backs supplied.

PAYMENT

All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of postage costs, via credit card. Only one payment transaction can be made per order. Bëuy uses Paypal as our secure payment gateway. When placing an order, you are confirming that you are authorized to use your selected card.

Every care and duty is taken to ensure this site is secure. Therefore, bëuy is not responsible or liable for any unauthorised access to this site.

ORDERING INFORMATION

You will receive an email confirming your order. If for any reason your items purchased are unavailable, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and you will receive then an immediate refund.
